Jake Edgley

Practice Director

Jake has previously worked for practices including Foster & Partners and Squires on masterplanning, mixed use and commercial office projects, and residential schemes before setting up Edgley Design in 2004. He also has a wide range of experience in property development.

Ben Kirk

BSc (Hons) Dip Arch ARB

Ben has been at Edgley Design for six years and has worked on most of our recent projects, most notably leading the Godson Street project. Ben previously worked with Wilkinson Eyre Architects. His Diploma won the prize for best portfolio in his final year. The thesis project was published on Dezeen and exhibited in the Tallinn Architecture Biennale in 2011. He won the Royal Academy Summer Show 2015 Architecture Prize for best work by an architect under the age of 35. Ben is a visiting critic of the Bartlett School of Architecture and University of Westminster.

His favourite architect is Carlo Scarpa, his favourite artist Andy Goldsworthy, and he enjoys cycling and playing football and cricket in his spare time.


Paddy Perring


Paddy joined the practice in March 2013 and has since been involved in a number of projects at the practice including Pembridge Crescent and Godson Street.

Paddy studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture and the Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Versailles in France. He completed his part 1 placement at Walter Menteth Architects in Kennington, South London, and since finishing his diploma he has worked for a year with Okidoki Arkitekter in Gothenburg, Sweden, where he was involved in winning a major master-planning competition for a new urban area outside Linkoping.


Katherine Edgley

Katherine has been a member of Edgley Design since 2009, managing office accounts and the administration of development projects. Katherine previously worked in the film industry.


Jennifer Leary

Jenny has been a member of Edgley Design since 2015, taking care of office management and our online graphics. Jenny studied graphic design at Camberwell college of Art and also makes stop motion animation.
