Jake has previously worked for practices including Foster & Partners and Squires on masterplanning, mixed use and commercial office projects, and residential schemes before setting up Edgley Design in 2004. He also has a wide range of experience in property development.

Ben was previously employed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects for two years working on the new Mary Rose Museum. Ben completed his Diploma with Distinction at the University of Westminster, winning the prize for best portfolio in his final year. The thesis project, ‘London without Bees,’ was published on Dezeen and exhibited in the Tallinn Architecture Biennale in 2011.
His favourite architect is Carlo Scarpa, his favourite artist Andy Goldsworthy, and he is a keen sportsman, enjoying cycling and playing football and cricket in his spare time.
Paddy joined the practice in March 2013 and has since been involved in a number of projects at the practice including Pembridge Crescent and Godson Street.
Paddy studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture and the Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Versailles in France. He completed his part 1 placement at Walter Menteth Architects in Kennington, South London, and since finishing his diploma he has worked for a year with Okidoki Arkitekter in Gothenburg, Sweden, where he was involved in winning a major master-planning competition for a new urban area outside Linkoping.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Tina joined the practice in May 2015 and works on a couple of new build and refurbishment projects.
She previously worked for Krause Architects in London for her part 1 placement and returned to London after finishing her studies with distinction at the Technical University of Vienna. She is very fond of the British brutalist architecture, as well as exploring and interacting with social urban structures, as she did with 1:1 projects in Vienna during her last years of university. Next to architecture she is passionate about creating new ice cream recipes and playing softball.
Katherine has been a member of Edgley Design since 2009, managing office accounts and the administration of development projects. Katherine previously worked in the film industry.
